Cutting Edge Property Maintenance was started in January of 2017. Cutting Edge is located in Flat Rock, Michigan and serves south eastern Michigan. We perform a variety of services from weekly lawn care to full landscape installation. Cutting Edge prides itself on giving every job the personal touch and going the extra mile to make a great project into an amazing work of art. We do this by using the best techniques/equipment and always learning. At Cutting Edge Property Maintenance we are never just happy with statuesque, we constantly push ourselves and teammates to take our work to the next level. Whether this is in learning different techniques for a landscaping installation or just keeping our lawn mower blades sharp in order to perform a clean cut. These little things that we do on our projects will help us to keep up with the high quality of work that our clients disserve.

Cutting Edge property Maintenance was started by Luke Tamsen as a hobby when in high school and grew to much more than that. While in high school in Flat Rock Luke continued to grow his small lawn care company into a business. After high School Luke went on to collage while still having his lawn care company. As the end of Lukes college was coming up as in graduating in May of 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice he decided to grow the small lawn care company that had gotten him through high school and college to make it a full time career. A month before college finished Luke went full time into Lawn care and forming Cutting Edge Property Maintenance. He strives to still bring the personal touch to his properties that he provided when first starting out but also give them the professional quality.
